4. We buy, check & ship. After you confirm and pay, we purchase the goods, inspect them at our warehouse, consolidate multiple suppliers into one parcel, and ship to your door.

1688Sourcing is an independent sourcing agency operated from China. We are not affiliated with 1688.com, Alibaba Group or any of their subsidiaries. We act as your buying agent: you tell us what you want, we handle the Chinese side — supplier communication, payment in RMB, quality check and export logistics.

We ship worldwide. Our main service regions are North America, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Latin America and the Middle East. If your country has special import rules, we'll flag it in your quote before you pay anything.

Payment

No online checkout on this site — payment happens only after you approve our written quote. We currently support international wire transfer and major e-payment methods (details provided with your quote). Goods are purchased only after your payment is confirmed.

Shipping

We offer door-to-door shipping by air, sea or express courier depending on weight, volume and urgency. Typical transit times: express 7–12 days, air freight 10–20 days, sea freight 30–45 days. Your quote states the shipping method, transit estimate and whether import duties are included, so the price you approve is the price you pay.

After-sales

Every order is inspected at our warehouse before export. If items arrive damaged, short-shipped or materially different from the agreed specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos — we will replace, reship or refund the affected items.
